FAQs

What is CBD?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a naturally occurring compound found in the resinous flower of cannabis, a plant with a rich history as a medicine going back thousands of years. CBD is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid associated with numerous health and wellness benefits.

What's the difference between Hemp and Marijuana?

Many people confuse the word cannabis interchangeably with hemp and marijuana. In reality, Cannabis is both! Cannabis is the family that the species of both plants belong to. Check out our infographic below for a simpler point of view.

What type of CBD oil is infused in your products?

Fine Healing Goods products all include full-spectrum CBD.

What does full spectrum mean?

Full spectrum means the product contains cannabinoids beyond CBD, along with other elements of the cannabis or hemp plant, including naturally-occurring terpenes, essential vitamins, fatty acids, protein, and more. It is widely believed that the full spectrum oil is more bioavailable due to the presence of naturally occurring terpenes as well as the fats and acids that generally make plants good for us. The better the bioavailability, the higher the absorption rate.

What are your ingredients?

All Fine Healing Goods products contain all natural, pure, and organic ingredients. Each product includes organic, sun-grown, full spectrum Colorado hemp extract.

How is your CBD extracted?

All products are infused using full-spectrum hemp extract derived using food grade ethanol extraction.

What do you use as a carrier in your Wellness Drops?

We use coconut oil (MCT) as our carrier in our Wellness Drops as it is high in good fat which allows for better absorption.

Where is your hemp from?

Our hemp used in the entire line is sun-grown on an organically certified, family farm in Colorado.

Are Fine Healing Goods products tested?

All products are tested by 3rd party analytical labs using a variety of testing methodologies and are free from pesticides, heavy metals, molds and harmful microbials. We list all our certificates of analysis here on our website for full transparency. We test the CBD extract before formulating products and after the product is finalized.

What about dosage?

Remember there is no one size fits all when it comes to CBD.

The “right” dose of CBD can vary based on the need you are trying to address, and whether your condition is mild or severe. Determining the right type and amount will be unique to your body. Everyone processes CBD differently based on key factors like age, weight, and diet. Here's a chart to use at face value to help you visualize:
